研究领域和兴趣
研究方向为生物医学分析,紧密结合当前国家在生命健康领域的发展需求,旨在通过化学、工程、生物以及临床医学等多学科协同合作,开发疾病新型分子诊断技术。研究重点在于利用纳米材料、微流控技术等建立新型化学测量学方法用于蛋白,细胞外囊泡、循环肿瘤细胞等疾病标志物的分离分析,并结合机器学习方法构建诊断模型用于生命科学研究,临床疾病诊断和预后,动态治疗监测,个性化诊疗等方面。
微流控芯片技术:开发新型高效的疾病标志物分离富集技术;
纳米生物分析:基于纳米材料的疾病标志物高通量、高灵敏检测技术;
机器学习:UMAP, tSNE, logistic regression, LDA, LASSO等数据数理方法在疾病诊断模型的应用;
生物信息数据挖掘:利用生物信息学方法从数据库中挖掘疾病诊断标志物;
